Initiate Your Request
Log into your SOOJIB account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and the invoice is included inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
